The spa downstairs is a really special experience. Got a facial which lasted an hour and it was phenomenal. The vibe of the spa, the music, the privacy of being underground, all of it - already had my heart, even before the facial started. The welcome drink before, the tea after and all the products used suited me really well and made me feel extremely relaxed and refreshed. Loved it!
